At Milligram, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all decor and furniture items. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Milligram packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
